Mr. Kevin Switala is the Director of State and Local Government forGeoDecision, the GIS/IT Division of Gannett Fleming. Mr. Switala obtained a Master of Landscape Architecture degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 1997, where he was introduced to spatial technologies, including GIS. He began his career after graduate school co-developing the City of Philadelphia's Crime Analysis and Mapping System. Mr. Switala has worked for GeoDecisions for the past 5 years and has been instrumental in developing innovative applications and applying unique strategies utilizing spatial technologies in the local, state and federal government market space. Mr. Switala specializes in the application of spatial technologies to address planning and law enforcement issues.
