W. HARRIS TROUTMAN Mr. Troutman is the General Counsel for RubberNetwork, (www.rubbernetwork.com), a consortium of tire and rubber companies that provides strategic sourcing and supply chain management services. Resident in RubberNetwork’s Atlanta office, Mr. Troutman also supports the Company’s offices in Tokyo, Amsterdam and Singapore. He has extensive experience in the fields of e-commerce and technology law, and with issues related to general corporate law, international antitrust and employment law. Mr. Troutman began his in-house career as Internal Counsel and Manager of Partnerships and Alliances with MetalSpectrum, LLC, a "B2B e-marketplace" formed by a group of aluminum and stainless steel manufactures and distributors. Prior to MetalSpectrum, Mr. Troutman practiced law with the firms of Drew, Eckl & Farnham, LLP and Haynsworth, Baldwin, Johnson & Greaves, LLP, in the fields of productsliability, general commercial litigation and employment law. Prior to joining Gordian Transformation Partners, he has held senior positions with Proudfoot, Sterling Commerce, and Cambridge Technology Partners. Hamilton is a frequent speaker on performance measurement and transformation strategies. BRUCE HART Managing Principal, Process Economics Bruce Hart is Managing Principal with Process Economics, a consulting practice specializing in enterprise transformation as a strategy for improved performance and value. Bruce concentrates on organizations responding to significant change - startup, IPO, M&A, legacy, and government reform - with recent focus on the aviation industry. Prior to Process Economics, Bruce was a Research Scientist with Battelle Memorial Institute and adjunct faculty with The Ohio State University. He also directed the professional service businesses for several market-leading technology companies. MIKE SANDER Director of WorkPoint Operations, Insession Technologies Mike Sander, the Director of WorkPoint Operations for Insession technologies, has over 20 years of experience building product software. He has spent the last 5 years focusing on the Business Process Management (BPM) market , managing Insession's WorkPoint BPM suite. Mike has been involved in every aspect of BPM, from assisting in implementations and integration, to designing and managing the WorkPoint product suite. Prior to managing operations for WorkPoint, Mr. Sander was involved in building and managing Applied Communications Inc's BASE24 payments engine, the electronic payments industry's premiere ATM software. Mike has been a part of Insession Technologies and ACI since 1985. |
