IBM Business Executive, IBM Learning Solutions
Michael W. Mills is a Business Development Executive in the IBM Learning Solutions Emerging Business Opportunities organization.
In this capacity, Mr. Mills is responsible for supporting sales and delivery of custom learning solutions for corporate Distribution Sector and Department of Defense clients. In addition, Mr. Mills is the US leader for mLearning, focused on driving differentiation through innovation and helping customers solve unique challenges for their dispersed, mobile workforce. Prior to this role, Mr. Mills was an Associate Partner in IBM’s Business Consulting Services organization and the Learning and Development leader for the Retail Industry. Mr. Mills also managed IBM’s Knowledge Factory, the e-learning content development organization.
He has over 14 years experience in designing, developing, and managing e-learning initiatives.
Mr. Mills is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy, and served 10 years as a fighter pilot where he has logged over 2000 hours of flight time.
He is married and has 4 children.
